1. Each ticket is free after completed entry with purchase of the book “Broken Life – A Fight for Forever – Book 1” via e-book or hardcopy.  A verifiable receipt must be included with entry and only one entry per receipt.  Only one person is entitled to the gift. Gifts will be named first to the person who completed the entry and then the person gifted will provide the name of the person who will be accompanying the winner on the prize trip. All property requiring registration shall be taken in the name as it appears on the electronic ticket stub. Prizes shall be in the name on the ticket stub and is not transferable or assignable.
2. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and have the ability to obtain a passport for international travel.  Entrants must also provide a IRS Form 1042S or any other required documents by state and federal guidelines for all winnings.
3. Each entry will be placed in a secured container until the drawing date. Me Really Publishing shall appoint a single individual who will be responsible for maintaining control and security of all of the Entry sheets stubs. Such individual shall, by public certification under oath at the time of the drawing, certify that all drawing tickets administered will have their stub in the container of stubs where the winning ticket will be drawn.
4. You need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by phone and certified mail return receipt requested by June 15, 2010, or December 15, 2010 (if alternate date). The Winner must claim prize within two (2) weeks of the drawing date or a new winner will be selected from in order of winning. Winner and guest must obtain and present a valid passport within forty-five (45) days of the drawing date.
5. If a minimum of 2,200,000 books have not been sold by May 31, 2010, then the drawing shall be postponed until November 28, 2010.  If minimum requirement is not met, then drawing may be postponed to an undetermined date in the future.
6. The Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
